Surival adventure Sky Break released

Proving that not all survival games want to linger in Early Access forever, Sky Break has just launched on Steam after an 11-month stay in Steam’s development incubator. The game is something of a hybrid, a survival combat adventure of sorts, set on planet on which the animal life is mechanical and needs to be hacked so that it might assist you rather be hunted down in order to sustain you.

The aim of the game is to unlock regions of the storm-ravaged world to be able to return it to it’s once-habitable glory. It’s not the most demanding game, neither technically or in terms of gameplay, plus, according to reports it can be completed in under ten hours. But the vibrant art style, interesting premise and weather mechanic certainly help it stand out from all the drab post-apocalyptic stuff that fills most of our survival playlists.
